Alan W. Curtis, J.D., was one of the founders of NETunes.com, Inc. and served as President and Chief Operating Officer from the company's inception until his death in February of 2008. Initially, he also served as the company's general counsel.

During his career, Mr. Curtis represented numerous issuers of equity securities including:  Vista Shells, Inc.; Accuray Incorporated; Medical Resources Technologies, Inc.; Venture-Net Partners, LP; Del Rio Development Corporation; Telephony International, Inc.; Alltech Business Systems, Inc.; American Medical Specialty Organization, Inc.; Seacrest Industries; Ergonique Medical Partners, Inc.; and Universal Networks, Inc.

As a litigator, he obtained substantial awards from Lexington Insurance, General Motors, Lockheed Martin Corporation, Farmers Insurance and Toshiba.

Mr. Curtis served on the Board of Trustees of Westmar University, was a former founding member of T. Boone Pickens' United Shareholders Association and a founder and former Director of the Santa Ana Guild for the Deaf, Operation Speech. 

He participated with distinction in Hawaii's Iron Man (swim/bicycle/run) competition and served in the 82nd Airborne Division Paratroopers of the United States Army honorably discharged in 1965 holding the rank of Sergeant.

Mr. Curtis was a graduate of Pepperdine University School of Law.
