Legendary Jazz saxophonist/composer/bassist Gerald Albright serves as a Member of NETunes' Advisory Board and is a Founding Member of NETunes' Talent and Integrity Committees.
The Integrity Committee advises NETunes' Board of Directors on all aspects of NETunes philosophy, vision, direction and execution. As of 1 January 2006, the Talent Committee will evaluate and approve all new NETunes affiliated artists, labels and releases.
Gerald Albright grew up in Los Angeles and attended the University of Redlands where he minored in music while earning a B.S. in business management. He has since gone on to complete 10 solo projects and sell over a million CDs with such landmark recordings as Just Between Us, Bermuda Nights, Dream Come True, Growing With Each Other, Live At Birdland West, Smooth, Giving Myself To You, Live To Love and Kickin It Back.
He has appeared on numerous televisions shows including A Different World and Melrose Place as well as numerous segments of BET Jazz and toured and/or recorded with numerous stars including Anita Baker, Ray Parker, Lola Folana, Atlantic Starr, Olivia Newton-John, the Temptations, Maurice White, Be Be Winans, Patrice Rushen, Les McCann, Jeff Lorber, Teena Marie, Whitney Houston, Phil Collins, Hugh Masekela, Chaka Khan, Quincy Jones and George Duke.
