This project is the celebration of more than 25 years of survival, playing blues and boogie music throughout the world.  The living members of Canned Heat got together with fellow musicians and laid it down in keeping with the tradition of concept that Bob Hite and Alan Wilson envisioned when they first founded Canned Heat... a rock band with country/blues roots.

Now reunited with our former manager/producer, Skip Taylor and recording for his new label Two Goats Records/River Road Records, we embark on a new era of "boogie music".

While the torch has passed from Bob and Alan to me, I think it shines as brightly today with this album.

"Don't forget to Boogie..."
